Stainless steel furniture as standard
The latest evolution in door furniture is now supplied on Door-Stop doors, as standard. With the external furniture now manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel you can now give your customers a 10 year anti corrosion guarantee, and because this is the same grade of material used for making sinks, its a guarantee that you won't expect to use!
Our stainless style extends to polished gold, chrome and black finishes on handles, letter plates, knockers and numerals. The furniture fitted to the inside of the door is the same colour and manufactured with a zinc PVD finish. The lever/lever and lever/pad handles incorporate a spring cassette to eliminate any dropping and has been tested to 50,000 cycles, whilst the urn knocker is face fixed to remove the need for fixings on the inside of the door.
The letter plate opens to 180 degrees and even the return spring is stainless steel which was cycle tested to 100,000 operations. The external flap houses a peripheral seal that also forms a full thermal and acoustic barrier.
So, for water resistant furniture equal to that of our GRP skins how much extra are Door-Stop charging…..nothing.
Yale TS007 3* handle/cylinder combination
Yale’s Superior cylinder and Platinum handle combination is accredited with the coveted TS007 3* BSi Kitemark - the most secure available for composite doors and locks, introduced by the Door and Hardware Federation with the GGF as an answer to vulnerable cylinders.
The Platinum handle is available in PVD polished chrome and polished gold which are corrosion resistant, and made of marine grade stainless steel - the highest available. The cylinder is Kitemarked to TS007 1* security and the armoured Platinum handle to TS007 2*, giving the door/lock combination the 3* standard.
Fab & Fix furniture also available
The Fab & Fix ‘Hardex’ finish is extremely resilient. The electro colour finishes are applied to every part of the elegant and conventionally styled furniture range, including the 2D adjustable flag hinge. Their Horizon multi point door lock is operated by a UAP cylinder and cylinder guard.

Yale Lockmaster lock
The Lockmaster is a multi-point lock that has been designed, developed and tested in the UK to deliver the highest levels of performance, so installers can offer security and peace of mind to homeowners.
With Secured by Design accreditation, the Lockmaster features a combination of hooks and anti-lift bolts for greater security.
BBA certified for security, performance and corrosion resistance, the Lockmaster comes with a 10 year guarantee, while its 15 year service history proves a high level of reliability.
The Lockmaster is fully compatible with the Yale Keyfree - also available from Door-Stop - which allows homeowners access their property without a key, using a remote fob or secure PIN code.
ERA Vectis cylinder-free lock
The ERA cylinder free lock is a high security option. With a traditional mortice key the door doesn’t need a euro cylinder because the key engages directly with the multi-point lock. No cylinder means no risk of the door being opened by a burglar snapping, bumping or manipulating the cylinder. The lock edge of the door is then completely wrapped in a 3mm powder coated aluminum strip, top to bottom and front to back creating a seamless single finish.
Combine the lack of cylinder with the patented interface between the the mortice mechanism and the multipoint lock, the hardened steel anti drill plate and the 2 opposing hook lock configuration - Door-Stop doors with this lock are PAS024 accredited and offers the same level of protection as doors supplied with TS 007 3 Star cylinder and handle combinations. Doors with the Fab n Fix or new stainless steel furniture ranges can be built using the ERA mortice lock for no difference in price, and are supplied with 3 traditional mortice keys as standard..
Winkhaus AV2 "Slam Lock"
The 'Slam Lock' option changes the way that doors work. In the past the hooks on doors with multipoint locks engage by having to lift the handle. With a Slam Lock the hooks engage the moment the door is closed. Using the Winkhaus AV2 system, this option gives your customer the peace of mind that if the door is closed, the hooks are engaged. To bolt the door from the inside the homeowner simply turns the key. From the outside the handle is fixed and the door hooks open by turning the key.
High security Yale cylinder
The Yale TS007 1* cylinder has been subjected to extensive tests and is one of the most secure cylinders on the market. It's anti-bump, anti-snap, drill, pick, tamper, torque and force resistant. It will withstand attempts to saw, wrench, corrode or even burn it out - in fact it can resist anything the most determined burglar can throw at it. It is still all of that, except now it's branded with the Yale name and we’re sending it with 5 keys - as standard.
Oh - and it comes with a lifetime warranty too.
Secured by Design

Yale Keyfree
Yale key free gives you key pad and remote fob access control to your door. Introduced by Door-Stop in 2010, the Yale key free handle is completely wire free, alarmed, and still combines police approved secured by design security.
